Intimina Laselle Weighted Exerciser Kegel Balls
Find your inner strength and bring power back to your pelvic floor! These weighted Kegel exercisers are easy to use and designed to provide safe resistance training to help strengthen and tone your pelvic floor muscles.
Each exerciser is coated in 100% medical-grade silicone and contains a small inner weight that moves and swirls with movement. Choose from three individual resistance levels:
- 28g light resistance
- 38g moderate resistance
- 48g higher resistance
Each exerciser can be used individually or linked to make up 6 different weight combinations. Linking the exercisers creates more resistance and increases the area to squeeze around. Simply loop the retraction cord of the leading exerciser around the outer ring of the other exerciser. Further instructions are included with the product.
How to use
These Kegel exercisers are best suited to those with prior experience doing Kegel exercises. Start with the lightest resistance and gradually increase the weight as required.
Insertion
Step 1: Select an exerciser or combination that is suitable for you.
Step 2: Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, gently insert the exerciser(s) into the vagina. Use a water-based lubricant for added comfort.
Step 3: Position the exerciser(s) approximately 2cm inside the vagina.
Using the weight
Contract your vaginal muscles around the exerciser(s), draw upward and hold for 2–10 seconds. Relax your muscles so the exerciser(s) return to the starting position, then repeat.
Removal & Cleaning
Relax your vaginal muscles, grip the retraction cord and slowly pull. If removal is difficult, sit or lie down, relax your body and try again. Clean with antibacterial soap or Intimate Accessory Cleaner before and after every use.
Safety
Daily use should not exceed 60 minutes. Remove immediately if you experience discomfort and consult your health care provider if discomfort continues. If pregnant or within 12 months of giving birth, consult your health care provider before use.
Cleaning & Care
Wipe with a lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol, petrol or acetone-based cleansers, rough materials, silicone-based lubricant, direct sunlight, extreme heat or boiling water. Store in the provided antibacterial pouch. Do not open, share or use if damaged. Consult your physician before use if you have an implanted device or have had intimate-area surgery. Keep out of reach of children.
