Shipping information
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days.
Shipping Days: Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday (with the exception of WA public holidays) from Perth, Western Australia. Orders received prior to 9am AWST on these days will be shipped on the same day.
Order Addresses: Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure this address is correct or shipping charges for the return of the parcel and re-sending the parcel will be charged to you.
Postal Provider: Orders are shipped using Australia Post - Parcel Post service. Unfortunately, we do not offer an Express Post service.
Australia Post Parcel Lockers: Want a more private or flexible delivery option?
You can have your order sent to an Australia Post Parcel Locker. It’s a simple way to make receiving your order even easier.
Parcel Lockers are secure, self-service lockers available at post office locations across Australia. They’re perfect if you’re not always home, or if you’d prefer a discreet delivery option.

How it works:
- Sign up for a free Parcel Locker via the Australia Post website
- Choose a locker location that suits you
- Use your unique Parcel Locker address at checkout
- You’ll receive a notification when your parcel is ready
- Pick up your order anytime (24/7 at most locations)
Order Tracking: All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked to the point of delivery in Australia.
Discreet packaging: Orders are shipped in plain packaging however, it is an aviation and customs requirement for parcels being sent overseas (outside of Australia) to have an accurate declaration of the goods. The items contained in the parcel will be displayed on the outside of the parcel on the declaration form for international shipments.
Postal costs and estimated delivery times
Australia
Orders of $75 or more receive free shipping within Australia.
Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping fee of $8.50 per order, regardless of parcel size, weight or postal address.
Most orders are delivered within 2-7 working days of being shipped however please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order.
For estimated delivery timeframes, enter your destination postcode in the Australia Post Calculator and set the 'From' field to SUBIACO WA 6008. This will provide you with a delivery time estimate for the Parcel Post service. Please note we do not offer Express Post shipping.
International
We deliver using Australia Post to the following countries;
- New Zealand
- Canada & USA
- UK, Ireland & Europe: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom and Vatican City.
- Asia: China, Hong Kong SAR China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the parcel weight and your location. Please enter your delivery address in the checkout to view the shipping charges.
Parcels are sent internationally using Australia Post Standard International shipping and delivery estimates range from 6-27 business days.
Service Disruptions
Please check the Australia Post website for International service updates.
Please note that whilst we ship in discreet packaging, it is a customs requirement to have an accurate description of the goods visible on parcels being sent overseas.
Liability
Incorrect address: If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address being supplied, the customer will be liable to pay the postage costs for re-shipping the parcel.
Incorrect items sent: From time to time, packing errors may occur. Should you receive an incorrect order, please email us with your order number and a list of the items you have received. We may ask you to send a photo of the items and we will send you a reply-paid satchel for the return of incorrect items. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you or provide you with a refund if they are no longer available.
Missing, lost or damaged orders: We do not accept liability for loss or damage as a result of late delivery or for loss or damage arising from items that may have been lost, stolen or damaged after goods have been delivered.
