Precious Gems Yoni Eggs
Yoni eggs, also known as jade eggs or love eggs, are carved and polished egg-shaped semi-precious stones inserted into the vagina to support pelvic floor strength and awareness.
Many people believe yoni eggs may:
- Massage reflexology points in the vaginal wall
- Strengthen pelvic floor muscles and improve vaginal wall tone
- Increase sensitivity and enhance sexual pleasure
- Improve vaginal lubrication
- Enhance spiritual awareness
- Support the release of trauma stored in the womb
- Be used as a weighted pelvic floor trainer in three sizes:
- Small – 30mm long x 20mm wide (16–18g)
- Medium – 40mm long x 25mm wide (32–36g)
- Large – 45mm long x 30mm wide (50–55g)
- Be selected as either:
- Undrilled
- Drilled with a hole and pre-strung with black satin cord
Please note: colour imperfections may be visible due to natural variations in the stone. Natural imperfections and variations do not indicate that the yoni egg is defective.
About Yoni Eggs
The word “yoni” is of Sanskrit origin and refers to female genitalia, regarded as a divine symbol of sexual pleasure. Yoni eggs are said to date back thousands of years to ancient China, where Empresses and concubines reportedly used them to awaken sensuality and maintain vitality.
Our Guide to Choosing a Yoni Egg explains stone selection, sizing and drilled or undrilled options. For insertion, removal and cleaning advice, see the Yoni Egg User Guide. For suggested practices, see the Yoni Egg Practice Guide.
Precautions
Consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use. Do not use without medical clearance if you are pregnant or menstruating, use an IUD, have an infection or STI, hyperactive pelvic floor, pelvic organ prolapse, recent vaginal or pelvic organ surgery, pain during intercourse, vaginismus or another gynaecological condition.
Follow the Yoni Egg Practice Guide and avoid extended use. Thoroughly clean before and after every use. Store out of reach of young children, as yoni eggs may be a choking hazard.
