Organic Cotton Cloth Pads & Liners
Our reusable cloth menstrual pads and liners are lovingly handmade from super-soft unbleached organic cotton, offering a comfortable, breathable and eco-friendly alternative to disposable sanitary pads. Designed for reliable protection, they’re suitable for menstruation, light bladder leakage (LBL), incontinence, postpartum bleeding or as a backup when using a menstrual cup or tampon.
Each pad features an organic cotton outer layer, absorbent bamboo terry cotton layers and a discreet waterproof TPU backing to help prevent leaks. They’re gentle on sensitive skin and free from absorption agents, fragrances, bleaches, formaldehyde (a Group 1 carcinogen) and dioxins, known endocrine (hormonal) disruptors. The absorbent core is positioned in the centre to help the pad sit close to the body without bunching, bulk or shifting.

Secure and adjustable fit
Pads and liners fasten around the gusset of your underwear with wings and nickel-free snaps, allowing you to adjust the fit to suit different underwear styles and gusset widths.
How to Use
Wash before first use. Place the pad over the inside of underwear with the manufacturer's label facing down and to the front. Fold the wings around the outside and snap fasten.
Available styles
- Liner: 7 x 17.5 cm (2.7 x 7”). Suitable for vaginal discharge, light spotting or LBL. Organic cotton outer, 1 absorbent bamboo terry layer and waterproof TPU layer.
- Regular: 17.5 x 23 cm (7 x 9”). Suitable for light to moderate flow and LBL. Organic cotton outer, 2 absorbent bamboo terry layers and waterproof TPU layer.
- Night: 17.5 x 30.5 cm (7 x 12”). Suitable for heavy flow, overnight use, incontinence or postpartum bleeding. Organic cotton outer, 3 absorbent bamboo terry layers and waterproof TPU layer.
