How to use

1. After your cycle, rinse your menstrual cup or disc with cool water.
2. Apply a small amount of mild, fragrance-free soap or a purpose-made menstrual cup or disc wash.
3. Gently brush around the rim, any suction holes, the body of the cup or disc as well as any removal aids such as stems or finger tables to remove any residual build up on your cup or disc.
4. Rinse thoroughly.
5. Sterilise your menstrual cup or disc according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Disposal

Cut the bristles off and compost the handle or re-purpose it as a plant marker in your veggie garden.
