These ben wa style balls provide a discreet and convenient way to exercise with a variety of strength-training combinations. The four weighted kegel beads include two 28g beads and two 36g beads. Use them individually or in combination, beginning with a lighter weight and gradually progressing as pelvic floor tone improves over time.

Use

1. Depending on your level, select the weight you think is appropriate for you.
2. Insert each bead onto the silicone harness, making sure the retraction cord goes through the silicone opening.
3. Apply a water-based lubricant to the product.
4. Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, insert the exerciser into the vagina with a firm but gentle push. The exerciser should be positioned about 2cm inside the vagina.
5. To remove, relax your muscles and slowly and gently pull the beads out.

Cleaning & Care

• Using the beads with hand creams or silicone-based lubricants may make the silicone permanently tacky.
• Disassemble and clean each part thoroughly before and after each use.
• Wash the silicone with warm water and antibacterial soap, rinse with clean warm water, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel or allow to air dry.
• Never use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol or acetone.
• Avoid direct sunlight and never expose the product to extreme heat.
• Store in a dust-free place and keep away from products made of other materials.
