Designed and manufactured in New Zealand using high-quality TPE from Germany, the cup is coloured with certified food-grade dyes that comply with EU and FDA standards. It is free from rubber, latex, silicone, BPA and heavy metals, making it suitable for people with silicone sensitivities. TPE is fully recyclable at the end of the cup’s life.

  • Small: Ideal for younger, petite users or those who prefer a mini tampon size. Capacity 17ml; 38mm diameter x 56mm length.
  • Medium: Recommended for users under 35, regardless of childbearing history, and physically fit users. Capacity 21ml; 41mm diameter x 59mm length.
  • Large: Recommended for users over 35 or those who have given birth. Capacity 29.5ml; 45mm diameter x 64mm length.

Cleaning & Care

Sterilise before first use and at the end of each period. During your period, empty the cup, rinse with cold water and clean with menstrual cup wash or mild soap. Rinse thoroughly before reinserting. In public, wipe with toilet paper and rinse when possible.

Boil in a full pot of water for at least 3 minutes, or soak for 15 minutes in cold water with 1/4 sterilising tablet. Do not soak longer. Dry completely and store in the supplied pouch away from direct sunlight. Detailed instructions are included.
