Use

Massage into chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs, alternating areas with each application.

A 100g tube lasts around 2–3 months.
Dosage:

• 0.625g = 1/8 of a 5ml teaspoon (or 1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon)
• 1.25g = 1/4 of a 5ml teaspoon (or 1/2 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon)

Suggested Protocols

For Menstrual Pain & Spasms

Apply twice daily (morning & night):

• Days 1–4: Do not use
• Days 5–18: 1/8 teaspoon (625mg)
• Days 19–28: 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g)

If no period starts after Day 28, resume use 5 days later (new Day 5).

For Mild Discomfort

• Days 1–11: Do not use
• Day 12: 1/8 teaspoon (625mg)
• Days 19–28: 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g)

Restart on Day 12 of the next cycle.

For Perimenopause & Menopause

• Days 1–6: Do not use
• Days 7–20: 1/8 teaspoon (625mg)
• Days 21–27: 1/2 small teaspoon (1.25g)

If no period, restart on Day 7. For irregular cycles, begin anytime as Day 7.

Persistent Menopause

Most symptoms reduce within 3 months. For hot flushes/night sweats, apply a small amount to wrists as needed.

Post-Menopause

If no period for over 12 months:

• First 2 months: 1/8 teaspoon (625mg) twice daily. Use extra on wrists if needed.
• After 2 months: Create a monthly cycle. From Day 7:
  • Days 7–20: 1/8 teaspoon (625mg) twice daily
  • Days 21–end of month: 1/4 teaspoon (1.25g) twice daily
  • Stop, then recommence 7 days later.
